What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards through PayPal: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. A tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME BEFORE THE PROCESSING DAYS ARE OVER ASKING FOR AN UPDATE (simply because there is no update, I am working to fulfill your order completely and with love before your due date )

What will happen if the items I ordered are out of stock?

Does Covid-19 affect my order?

Due to Covid 19, there may be shipping delays that are beyond our control. Thank you for your patience.

When will my order be shipped?

 If the items are IN STOCK any orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and shipped either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM ET will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY . *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS All packages are shipped via USPS First Class. First Class takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost. If you want coverage on your package you will have to pay $20. 

We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of order being delivered. We do not ship replacements. ✦No exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS OUR FAULT
